Session types and prices:
Initial assessment is done via telephone (up to 45 minutes): £80.
CBT and EMDR sessions (up to 55 minutes): £90 per session.
Extended EMDR sessions (90 mins): £130 per session.

CBT and EMDR sessions are usually weekly (can be fortnightly if appropriate) and you can choose for them to be face to face in Birkenhead or via Skype.

Individual clinical supervision: £80 per hour.
